In celebration of my new Epiphanie camera bag, I decided to “haul” the big camera to the park and do a mock photo shoot of my kids and their friends on Thursday afternoon. Of course, it was 90 degrees and I realized I’d forgotten to eat lunch (it was 4pm), so naturally, it was the least mobile of the four children (aka, my little Goosie) who became the star of the show. Still, it was a really fun and exciting trip to the park:
- Goosie showed off her new-found ability to pull herself to standing (in honor of turning one TODAY, FRIDAY!!!!!)
- My little Goofy-boy, who had hoped to be riding his scooter (thus the helmet!), rode on a REAL teeter-totter for the first time. He loved it, of course.
- Goofy also rode for the first time on the merry-go-round. More precisely, the big kids somehow convinced Goofy and his good pal “O” to push the merry-go-round while they, the big kids, rode on it. Clever.
- Little Goosie-girl also rode the merry-go-round for the first time. She was quite enamored of it, but didn’t get to stay on long, as she quickly started crawling around.
For EVERY MORE pictures (aka, probably you are family or honorary aunts and uncles of these adorable kiddos), see my SmugMug page.
Hoping for sunny skies this weekend so I can shoot for one of my favorite clients again–stay tuned….
